Job Title: Senior Test Engineer

Location: Arlington, VA

Pay Range: $130,000 - $150,000

What’s the Job?

• Leading Test Engineers in test planning and evaluation, conduct test execution methodology, data collection / reduction / analysis, and technical report writing of Transportation Security Equipment (TSE).

• Train and provide day to day direction to lower-level staff to help improve technical development and innovative processes.

• Conduct engineering design reviews, and engaging representatives of Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), and working directly with vendors and stakeholders in enhancing technologies and capabilities in developmental lifecycle support.

• Test and Evaluation experience and understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.

• Opportunity to participate in scientific conferences, support and/or lead technical proposal development, and generating white papers for further research opportunities.

What’s Needed?

• Active DoD Secret Clearance

• Active TSA Suitability

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline with 5 years of experience or Master’s Degree in a technical discipline with 2 years of experience or PhD; or an equivalent combination of education and or experience in a related field.

• Experience in formulating design of experimental methods

• Experience designing and/or implementing data collection hardware and techniques.
