Titan America HR Technology Systems Associate in Athens, Greece

At TITAN Cement Group, we're currently seeking a talented HR Technology & Systems Associate to join our team, with a passion for new HR Technologies and great analytical & problem-solving skills.

As our HR Technology & Systems Associate, you'll be at the forefront of our digital transformation journey, supporting the administration, maintenance, enhancement, and automation of our HR systems and applications.

The position is based in Athens, Greece.

What you will be doing

  • Provide technical support for HR systems and applications like SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring seamless functionality and resolving issues promptly.

  • Collaborative Liaison: Act as a bridge between our internal stakeholders and the HR Technology function, handling tickets and facilitating smooth communication.

  • Assist in configuring, testing, and deployment of enhancements and new HR systems.

  • Contribute to the digitalization and automation of HR processes, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency.

  • Reporting: Develop and refine HR reports and dashboards, empowering data-driven decision-making.

  • Perform system audits, data validations, and monitor system performance and functionality.

  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation of HR systems and processes, ensuring transparency and accountability.

  • Empowerment Facilitator: Develop comprehensive training materials and user guides, for the HR systems and applications.

    What you will bring along

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Science & Technology, Information Technology, or related field.

  • MSc in Human Resources or MBA will be considered a plus.

  • Previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role.

  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Knowledge of HR systems and applications, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Talent Acquisition Systems and ServiceNow, will be considered an asset.

  • Experience with PowerBI or similar data visualization tools and MS Power Automate is preferred.

  • Fluency in both English and Greek.
