The Institute of Human Virology, University of Maryland School of Medicine invites applications for a postdoctoral fellow position. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the lab of HIV Molecular Virology. Our lab focuses on the interface of HIV genetic evolution, phenotype and pathogenesis. In particular, we are interested in understanding the molecular mechanism of virus entry pathway alteration under host immune pressure, by using HIV and SARS-CoV2 as models. The candidate will have completed a Ph.D. or MD/Ph.D. in a related field.
