What You’ll Do:

Cisco IT is looking for a Software Development Engineer who is interested in joining the IT development organization. You will have the opportunity to develop, integrate, test, and deploy highly scalable and robust software.

As a Software Engineer at Cisco, you will:

• Craft and develop private and public cloud software with integrated automation and monitoring tools

• Work with Cloud and data center infrastructure teams in an Agile DevOps model

• Operate within a highly Agile development environment.

Who You Are:

We are looking for strong collaborators and self-starters who will take the initiative and require minimal guidance. Communication, both written and verbal, must be excellent, and an ability and desire to work with teams that span the globe is needed. Flexibility is key and the ability to work from home and work is needed.

Minimum requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT

• Design Patterns

• Data Structures

• Algorithms

• Java

• PL/SQL

• Relational and non-relational databases

• Knowledge of Java, Oracle ERP, and/or other various Software

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced changing environment.

• Angular JS
