In this role as an International Tax Manager, you'll hold a pivotal role within the Finance Department, contributing to foreign inclusion calculations, foreign tax provision computations, Pillar 2 evaluation and implementation, alongside other international compliance requirements, tax planning, research, and diverse projects. Occasionally, you may lend your expertise to U.S federal income tax projects and initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with fellow members of the tax department and the broader Finance team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders, global tax, finance, treasury, legal teams, and external advisors to guide and execute tax facets of various business initiatives, tax planning, and operational matters.

  • Aid in preparing foreign inclusion calculations, encompassing GILTI, FDII, Foreign Tax Credit, BEAT, etc.

  • Contribute to reviewing and preparing quarterly and year-end foreign income tax provision computations.

  • Oversee tax compliance and reporting, including corporate income tax, transfer pricing, and Digital Services Tax matters.

  • Conduct tax research on pertinent issues and disseminate findings within the tax department and across the organization.

  • Participate in tax purchase accounting, acquisition integration, and other ad-hoc tax projects.

  • Assist in researching and resolving tax notices and audits in domestic and foreign jurisdictions.

  • Stay updated on existing and proposed tax legislation.

  • Leverage accounting and tax software, such as NetSuite, and Microsoft Office products. Proficiency in tax technology tools, notably Power BI, is advantageous.

  • Effectively communicate with team members and Renaissance clients to deliver exceptional service and support.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work atmosphere within the tax department.

For this role as an International Tax Manager, you should have:

  • Five or more years of robust international tax experience, encompassing Big 4 and/or relevant in-house roles. Experience with UK tax is beneficial.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.

  • Demonstrated capacity for self-direction, effective organization, prioritization, and management of multiple projects under stringent deadlines.

Bonus Points for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited institution.

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.

Salary Range: $99,500 to $136,800 This range is based on national market data and may vary by experience and location.
