    Job Description

COORDINATOR FOR CLUB SPORTS, INTRAMURAL SPORTS, AND DAY CAMP, Athletics, Physical Education, and Recreation (DAPER)-Recreation, to assist the assistant director of intramural sports, club sports, and day camp with organization, implementation, facility access, supervision, marketing, and evaluation of all programming, primarily focused on intramurals and day camp operations. Will be responsible for overseeing the revenue generating Esports room, intramural sports risk management, and intramural sport related disciplinary issues; hiring and onboarding day camp staff and intramural officials; and performing administrative responsibilities that ensure that all club sports, intramural sports, and day camp programs have what they need to succeed. Will also have point of contact responsibilities and serve on the Recreational Sports Management team. The position involves interacting on a consistent basis with students, student employees, club sport coaches, and student groups. Job Requirements

REQUIRED: high school diploma; two years of related experience in recreation or similar sports setting; current first aid and CPR/AED or BLS certification through the AHA or Red Cross; initiative; ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands and work both independently and as part of a team; strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills; and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs. Salary range: $50,000 – 56,000, depending on relevant experience and educationThe hours will vary slightly from the academic year and the summer months to meet operational needs, with the possibility of limited remote work. The schedule is as follows:September to May: Sunday, 12:00 - 8:00 P.M.; Monday to Wednesday: 3:30 - 11:30 P.M.; Saturday, 1:30 – 9:30 P.M. (Thursday and Friday off)June to August: Monday to Friday, 9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
