Copeland Internship Customer Service Assistant in CLUJ NAPOCA, Romania

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Internship Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment.

This is a limited position for 6 months.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Develop and maintain updated organization charts.

  • Provide support to new employees: order IT hardware and software, stationery, obtain access etc.

  • Provide support to visitors with various bookings; maintain database of visits to our premises.

  • Provide support to colleagues travelling on business; maintain database of delegations.

  • Involved in organizing and coordinating various internal and external events, meetings, communications to employees.

  • Redact various communications, for example for the presentation of new employees or for the online environment.

  • Assist in monitoring expenses, processing expense reports and invoices.

  • Provide information to employees by answering questions and requests.

  • Manage other projects based on necessity.

  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as: attend events and meetings, prepare reports upon request, prepare draft contracts and other internal documents.

  • Perform any other task given by the direct supervisor or management in relation to job responsibilities or compliance with the law.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • University degree or in progress of completion.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Advanced level of English.

  • Positive, flexible attitude.
