COREtec Digital Specialist

Position Overview

The Digital Specialist reports to the Digital Lead and is responsible for implementing the COREtec digital marketing initiatives . They monitor the website and social media platforms , manage internal and internal digital platforms, and monitor performance data t o ensure campaigns and digital tools are running properly.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including website, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, and display advertising.

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing and IT teams to develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience.

  • Continually audit the website’s content and performance to identify errors, outdated or duplicate information, gaps or opportunities to improve content, and SEO and UX best practices.

  • Work with the Digital and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve problems or security issues with the website.

  • Develop and implement the social media strategy for COREtec, aligning with brand objectives and target audience.

  • Monitor social media channels, including comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback.

  • Foster a positive and engaging online community by actively engaging with followers, initiating conversations, and building relationships with customers and influencers.

  • Monitor and engage with third party communities such as online forums across different platforms

  • Analyze social media metrics, track campaign performance, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and lead generation metrics to optimize marketing efforts

  • Assist with data entry, organization, and maintenance of marketing databases and CRM systems.

  • Function as the brand liaison for digital and IT requests between external agencies and internal partners.

  • Help manage the brand's online presence, including website updates, content creation, and search engine optimization (SEO) efforts.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies, paid advertising campaigns, and email marketing initiatives.

  • Take on various brand wide digital marketing project and initiatives alongside Digital Marketing Manager

  • Manage marketing automation, email and retailer loyalty programs

  • Co-manages internal platforms for data syndication across all channels

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years' experience in digital marketing or related field

  • Creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions

  • Interest in ability to learn new technology and marketing platforms

  • Able to multi-task, switch gears, quickly and juggle multiple priorities

  • Affinity for customer relationship building

  • Knowledge of flooring industry trends and consumer behavior is a plus.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.

  • Familiarity with digital platforms such as: Kentico, F ul lStory , ShawNow , Widen, Spro utSocial , Sa lsify, Sa le sforc e, GA4, Sha rp Spring , Sh owpad , etc.
