Welcome to Addison Gilbert Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health. Addison Gilbert hospital, located in Gloucester, MA, is a full service, community hospital providing leading-edge, patient-centered care to North Shore and Cape Ann residents.

RN New Graduate Residency:

The orientation period is specific to the orientee and the unit in which you are working. The average medical surgical orientation is approximately a 12- week residency program. Preceptors will be assigned to you for the duration of your orientation. The clinical educator who supports your unit will remain with you through your orientation period and beyond.

Qualifications:

BSN preferred

MA RN required

• American Heart Association – Basic Life Support Certificate required
