Responsibilities

The SR Manager - HR Analytics & User Experience will be providing assurance that HR data is effectively governed, protected, applied and of high quality to drive business value. Develop, implement, and maintain Single source of truth certification, data quality frameworks. Develop and execute a comprehensive HR analytics strategy aligned with the company's HR and business objectives. Strategically leads the transformation from 'data warehousing' to a center of excellence within 'Data & Analytics'

Additionally this role is responsible for leveraging Oracle Fusion Analytics to deliver actionable insights, support decision-making processes, and enhance the strategic functions of the HR department. This role specializes in the analysis, reporting, and integrity of HR data to empower the business with accurate and timely information with a focus on user experiences.

  • Create and use HR data governance tools to assess data quality, integrity, and completeness.

  • Responsible for defining and establishing Single Source of Truth certification requirements.

  • Monitor, Evaluate HR data quality and maturity compliance .

  • Devise , lead and own a plan to ensure continual assurance of data and data products' quality.

  • Maintains and ensures quality assurance of key HR data sets, reports and metrics that are relevant and insightful and highlight key trends in human capital dynamics.

  • Collaborates with subject matter experts across company and HR to promote data governance and stewardship and to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight.

  • Supports the HR Leadership Team to identify business challenges; use fact-based solutions and data analysis to help influence changes to operations, process or programs; and champions movement to an organizational ‘ Lead with Data’ mindset.

  • On a day-to-day basis responsible for making sure that the scientists on the team are solving the right problems , using the right techniques for the problem at hand, drawing the right conclusions and communicating appropriately to stakeholders.

  • Provides guidance, training and subject matter expertise to teams and employees in asking appropriate questions, selecting the right metrics, interpreting the data and translating data into actionable recommendation s.

  • Drive partnership s with HR Shared Services Technology, HR Delivery , IT teams and vendors to deliver necessary data management tools and system solutions.

  • Act as the Product Owner for Human Resources Shared services Case management and collaborate with relevant stakeholders and users to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.

  • Develop and own user query management framewor k; inclusive of escalation matrix

  • Build user experience evaluation criteria to assess delivery quality, report on scores,

  • Auditing of Content/ incidents/Audit Schedule , drive follow up action plans, after action reviews and training initiatives,

  • Do user traction for all the HR tools and experience , work closely with HRSD & HRTS technology on new solutions, also take escalations for Service quality incidents & roots cause analysis.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math , or related discipline;

  • 10+ years of significant technical experience in an analytics centric functional area, preferably in HR

  • Proficient in Oracle HCM and its analytics suite with the ability to leverage its full potential.

  • A minimum 5 years of people leadership experience leading and building team of professionals, including setting direction, providing feedback, managing performance, and providing development

  • Deep experience in statistical analysis; understanding of HR program and Human Resources delivery system processes with HR-specific analytics experience a significant plus

    Desired Characteristics

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with deep understanding and practical experience across most Statistical Modeling and Machine Learning Techniques

  • Proven track record of coordinating and cooperating across multiple teams to prioritize varying business objectives and drive action to meet business requirements; recognized as influential leader and credibility in conflict management and expectation management

  • Experience and knowledge of data security and privacy issues for a global company.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment with multiple competing priorities while ensuring adherence to deadlines.

  • Experience working with tools across the analytic stack including data management, modelling and visualization tools
