The Engineer in this role will provide high level analysis and technical support to the customer by evaluating vulnerabilities of missile systems. Candidate will use experience and understanding in test and evaluation activities as well as analyze test data to help make recommendations during the system development process. Preferred candidate can support testing related to FMEA (failure modes and effects). Candidate will be expected to communicate both high level and detailed technical information via briefing preparation and delivery. The position will also provide support to the Program Manager across a variety of tasks, including scheduling, test planning and execution, budgeting, and other duties as assigned. Requirements: Candidate must be a US Citizen and Possess at least a Secret Clearance with eligibility to upgrade to a Top Secret (Preferred candidate will have a final Top Secret Clearance). Bachelor's Degree in a related STEM discipline and at least 5 years of experience working analysis and test activities (Preferably on Missile Systems) Preferred candidate will have an understanding of or experience in failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) Candidate should be willing to travel up to 25% of the time to support test planning and execution About the Company: CFD Research is the technology leader in engineering simulations and innovative designs.
