We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Outside Sales Consultant to join our team in the home renovation and construction field. As an integral member of our sales force, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that exceed their expectations. Schedule: Your workweek will run from Tuesday through Saturday, with hours from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. Enjoy Sundays and Mondays as your well-deserved days off.

Compensation and Benefits: During the training period, you will receive a training pay of $40,000 annually. Training is expected to span 4-6 months, ensuring you're equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel in your role.

Upon completion of training, you'll transition to a salary plus commission structure, offering the potential to earn up to $75,000 in your first year. In addition to your compensation package, we provide comprehensive health, dental, and supplemental benefits. Responsibilities

• Answer customers' inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability.

• Conducting thorough assessments of the project needs, considering materials, labor, and any additional services required.

• Efficiently complete paperwork related to sales transactions.

• Inform customers about estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties, and other pertinent information.

• Attend weekly sales meetings every Thursday morning at 7am.

• Provide installation and repair support as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Provide support during the installation and repair phases of the projects. This may involve coordinating with our installation teams, overseeing project timelines, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

• Managing collections related to sales transactions. This includes following up with clients regarding payment schedules, addressing any billing inquiries, and ensuring that payments are processed in a timely manner.

Overall, your dedication to providing exceptional estimates and client support throughout the order process, including installation, repair, and collections, will be instrumental in upholding our reputation for excellence.
