Quality & Compliance Director @ Pomezia Manufacturing Site

This position reports into the Europe/Middle East/ Africa (EMEA) regional Quality & Compliance End to End Supply Chain Senior Director and is based at our Kenvue Manufacturing site in Santa Palomba, Pomezia, Italy.

What You Will Do

The Quality & Compliance Director is responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

• Leading compliance to applicable Regulatory requirements and Kenvue Quality Standards of manufacturing operations, incoming materials and finished Good products.

• Driving Performance Management, Continuous monitoring and improvement programs in applicable processes impacting Compliance and Efficiency across the Product Lifecycle.

• End to End Integration with Local manufacturing Site and Regional Supply Chain Operations ensuring deployment of Digital Strategy and Statistic Process Control.

• Leadership in quality and compliance oversight of complaints management, Escalations, Quality Holds, quality events and deviations, Nonconformances, OOT investigations, Product Disposition, Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), Batch Record Review, Stability, management of changes to the production environment and process resulting in a timely launch of high-quality products.

• Driving quality shop floor culture and inspection. Promoting and strengthening the Culture of Quality First throughout the organization. Support of companywide proactive quality projects, including problem solving.

• Managing external audits from regulatory agencies and notified bodies.

• People management and Talent Development: Hiring, coaching, developing, and mentoring Quality Staff to ensure their ongoing career development and personal effectiveness

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Chemicals / Microbiology / Engineering / Digital Sciences.

• 10 years minimum of combined Operations and Quality experience in FMCG/Chemical/Automotive/Healthcare industries.

• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (9001 and 13485) and cosmetic legislation.

• Industrial hygiene.

Desired Qualifications

• Fluent English and Italian.

• Profient in Statistical Process Control.

• Process Excellence Certification - Green Belt Certified.

• Strong knowledge of GMP guidelines and the resulting requirements.

• Process characterization and Continuous Process Verficiation and Validation.

• Developed understanding on Data Analytics.

• Understanding of Computerized System Validation requirements.
