The Senior Coordinator Transportation EMEAI (12 month contract) at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible to provide financial and administrative support to the EMEAI Transportation Team.

This position is part of the Logistics and Distribution EMEAI department located in Clare, Ireland and will be eligible for working from home arrangements. This role is 2 days working onsite and 3 days from home At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the EMEAI Transportation Team and report to the Director Transportation EMEAI responsible for transportation service, quality and cost in the EMEAI region. If you thrive in a supporting role and want to work to build a world-class supply chain organization—read on.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work with the third-party freight audit company

• Process transportation invoices

• Support with transport budgeting, monthly accruals and forecasting process

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Great computer aptitude, including PC skills (MS Excel)

• Education related to economics, accounting, logistics and/or information science

• Comfortable and able to thrive with a high level of autonomy and work independently and flexible in a cross-functional matrix managed team environment

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Supply chain, logistics and/or transportation environment(s)

• Freight audit platforms
