Robert Half is looking for a dedicated and strategic Clinical Quality Analyst to join one of our large Fortune 500 Healthcare clients. This role provides rich opportunities for leadership and strategic direction for the quality improvement program.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee improvement initiatives to increase member access to care and close gaps in coverage.

• Collaborate with the National Account team to establish, monitor, and deliver client goals.

• Analyze HEDIS CAHPS measure data to pinpoint areas of opportunity for rate enhancement.

• Work closely with the HEDIS team to accumulate data and develop collection strategies.

• Develop initiatives to augment member experiences with the healthcare plan and healthcare providers.

• Develop educational programs and materials to increase compliance with the preventive health services required to boost HEDIS measure rates.

• Create reports monitoring client HEDIS measure preliminary rates.

• Exhibit innovative problem-solving skills and a dedication to quality improvement.

• Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports against goals to gauge program success and identify improvement opportunities.

  Requirements

Key Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge of quality Improvement and gap metrics for market/state assignment. Capable of applying this information strategically within the market.

• Ability and willingness to work remotely with minimum supervision.

• Exceptional strategic and analytical skills.

• Stellar communication skills.

• Highly collaborative with a strong emphasis on team synergy.

• Demonstrated leadership ability and past experience in a similar role.
