This is a job for a Senior Combat Systems Test Engineer position with a company located in Moss Point, MS.

Job Summary: R&P is looking for an experienced professional who wants to join our US Navy RTN DDG Support Team. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need a Senior Combat Systems Test Engineer ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

Responsibilities: Monitor equipment installations. Perform test witnessing. Validate an extensive range of US Navy Combat Systems and associated equipment in the combat suite. Able to perform hands on testing in multiple areas of Combat Systems.

Qualifications: Must possess at least 10 years of testing experience. Must have at least 3 years of hands-on testing experience with multiple areas of Combat.

Systems to include: Background in Combat System concept of operations. Cable testing. Electromagnetic Interference testing. Product Configuration Identification testing. Interior Communications equipment and systems, radar systems. General Navigation Aids, electronic, mechanical, and electrical primary and support equipment testing. Communications equipment testing. Cryptographic systems testing. Analyze data to identify and resolve system performance issues. Experience interfacing with internal and external customers, and finding technical solutions to complex requirements. Experience with testing in an AGILE environment.
