Job Description:

The Document Control Specialist/Change Analyst will manage and support the release, update, and configuration of items and Bill of Materials for the MHS facility. Facilitate creation, release and maintenance of product and process documentation (Engineering, manufacturing, Life Cycle Change Orders) in Agile PLM and ERP (AX) system Reviews documents for accuracy and ensures documents meet standards for production Prepares process and status reports, publishes metrics, and identify areas for continuous improvement May assist with document retention Coordinate approval and disposition/action workflows of Change Order management with stakeholders Train new users and others in Agile and associated AX practices and procedures. Interface with all management levels Maintain open communications with MCHP associates to be available for assistance regarding new or in process change orders Maintain function documentation AX CASE Management and integration with Agile PLM

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency with MS Office Products, Adobe Acrobat and Visio Experience working with cross functional teams Familiarity with Good Documentation Practice (GDP) Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently Ability to support employees in multiple time zones: may require occasional support beyond normal work hours Occasional travel to various sites

Preferred Qualifications/Requirements Understanding of Product Lifecycle Management and Enterprise Resource Planning Systems
