Performance Controller for Innomotics

Change the future with us- Areas of Responsibility. In this position, you will responsibilities for..

  • Annual and Strategic Planning (BTA) / monthly Forecasting, which includes Business Performance Analysis (Plan Vs Actual), Maintain monthly MIS reports, runbook steps in SAP and support for various Business review meetings and regular inactions data share with CFO & CEO

  • Inputs of numbers and the variance analysis to APAC&ME management on a regular interval

  • Key Business Parameters setting, monitoring and achievement and providing high transparency to Management.

  • Monthly Cost and SGA Monitoring and providing the variance analysis.

  • Ensuring the Quarterly / Annual Audit completion such as Statutory, Internal, Transfer pricing, Income tax and Cost Audit only on the input point of view, necessary coordination with business divisional performance controller and provide the inputs and backup documents.

  • Coordinating with CF A and RIC for raising deficiencies and audit plan inputs if any

  • Ensure and adhere the ICFR control for the company as “ICFR controller”, Compliance with the ICFR related defined periodic Controls and audit of the same

  • Necessary action point on Balance sheet items like interim accounts, provisions etc., after alignment with business controllers

  • Working Capital Management / Liquidity planning with special focus on Payables & Inventory Management

  • Resource including Manpower Planning and Development alignment with Divisional colleagues.

  • Various financial functional KPI controlling activities like OCC exceptions, GRIR, Web cycle, MTO, FEMA

  • Regular monitoring of P2P1 CCM2 Cockpit and resolve the issues after alignment with business.

  • Central provisions like VCP, Hardship and involving SIP and overall Provision reviews as well

  • LICC reconciliation monthly to ensure the regular payment in line with the ICB payment terms with the monitoring of Central cost like TSA, GBS etc., in conjunction with divisional controllers.

  • Country Credit Risk Management

  • Currency Manager from accounting point of view

  • Ensuring controlling of fixed assets including fixed assets confirmation from vendors through the RE & Divisional controllers

  • FEMA & Impairment Inputs and certifications

  • Ensuring fixed assets verification is carried out as per circular and guideline and same for inventory. in conjunction with the division controller.

Central cost Monitoring, SLA and recovery

  • Various central cost to be calculated needs to be monitored and to be charged to the Divisions monthly.

  • HQ support function cost to be calculated, to be align with HQ for signoff the SLA, monthly recovery.

  • APAC&ME support function cost to be calculated, to be align with HQ for signoff the SLA with various APAC&ME countries and monthly recovery.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Chartered Accountant or Cost & works accountant with the University master’s degree in commerce

  • Wide range of 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in performance controlling, reporting, Audit, and finalization. With the business model of product, service, and project business and overall experience of 15 years and above

  • High affinity for IT and extensive knowledge with commercial SAP applications as well as very good MS Office knowledge (especially Excel and Power-point)

  • Strong analytical skills, a quick grasp as well as independent and initiative working attitude

  • Open minded, curious, communicative, and work with enthusiasm and fun with us

  • Fluency in English along with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Act as a role model in the digitization of Finance & Controlling processes and driving the optimization of reporting and its interfaces.

  • Drive budget planning and forecast process and make the consistent define and apply relevant critical metrics securely.

  • Responsibility for the IT projects/tasks from a commercial/financial perspective including competent analysis of business results to increase transparency.

  • Interaction with segments, understanding the business view, well co-ordination between Auditors and the internal stakeholders and do the finalization of accounts on a timely basis.
