Job Description:

We are hiring a NZ Supervisor to manage our 3PL distribution center. The role will be part of the ANZ Logistics team reporting the ANZ Area Logistics Manager based in Australia. In this role aside from the daily operations, applicant will be key contributor to all NZ based logistics projects that surface from time to time. The candidate will be required to work independently and have excellent time management to meet deadlines.

Key Objectives and Responsibility

• Provide oversight of 3M NZ Distribution requirements with New Zealand 3PL vendor.

• Work with various 3M departments and 3PL to coordinate activities and resolve queries.

• Work with 3M and 3PL to ensure high inventory accuracy and quality to maintain 3M Global and Financial Standards.

• Provide reporting of 3M and 3PL NZ KPIs.

• Process inbound freight nonconformances and queries.

• Assist wider 3M distribution team with projects and tasks.

• Ensure Appropriate standards/Controls are in place to meet EHS&Q Requirements.

  Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or above

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with warehouse systems with knowledge of inbound, inventory and outbound.

• Requires prior practical experience with Warehouse Management Systems (SAP EWM preferred)

• Requires skills in Excel to compile, analysis and report data and, MS Office

• Must be detail oriented and analytical.

• Good communication skills

• Ability to prepare and present data to groups.

• Available to travel 3PL site

• Good team player, effective communication, and strong planning organization to support problem solving.
