RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:

  • Lead operations for multiple events throughout the year

  • Drive a through line between events to align strategies across multiple activations, finding efficiency gains across events and identify time savings for the wider team.

  • Provide structure and organization by developing an efficient operational model, managing multiple workstreams, driving project timelines, and collaborating cross-functionally.

  • Provide clear and proactive communication that ensures cross-functional and stakeholder buy-in every step of the way. Manage efficient meetings.

  • Create and maintain project documentation, tracking, reporting, learnings, and recaps.

  • Provide onsite management to fully bring the experiences to life - help execute, organize, troubleshoot, and monitor in real-time.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum qualifications

You must meet these minimum qualifications to apply for this job

  • 5+ relevant years of event program management experience.

  • Experience organizing branded events with 1000’s of participants

  • Experience coordinating across large cross-functional organizations and navigating a multitude of stakeholders

  • Excellent communication, written and organizational skills as well as a strong attention to detail

Preferred qualifications

Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be equally valuable

  • Self-starter who can drive multiple projects spontaneously.

  • Team player who can work calmly and quickly in high-stress environments.

  • Project management experience working with stakeholders including: regional teams, product and marketing counterparts, internal leadership, and external agencies.

  • Experience planning, managing, and delivering global marketing programs and events.

  • Exceptional budget management, negotiation, organizational skills.

  • Experience presenting to and interacting with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders (across marketing, PR, product, engineering, UX, BD, Finance).
