Siemens Energy Strategic Marketing Lead in Orlando, Florida

*This position is Hybrid but, candidate will have flexibility to be in the office daily if they would like, or on demand when needed.

We are seeking a driven and experienced Strategic Marketing Lead to join our team! If you have a passion for marketing strategies and a desire to make a real impact, we want to hear from you.

In this role you will develop and drive strategic marketing campaigns and improve processes to achieve our marketing and business goals. As an enthusiastic leader, you will develop a global team of marketing specialists, inspire organizational change, and implement process improvements to ensure the highest execution efficiency!

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, including thought leadership initiatives.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive key strategic campaigns for our business.

  • Use marketing automation tools (Marketing Cloud) and standards to improve the efficiency of our marketing processes.

  • Establish campaign performance monitoring and critical metrics to ensure effective resource allocation and team productivity.

  • Develop standards for marketing initiatives and campaigns, and leverage AI for the highest execution effectiveness.

  • Manage the budget for all strategic marketing campaigns, processes, and tools.

  • Serve as the first partner concern level for individual marketing campaign issues.

  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.

What You Bring

  • A university degree in Marketing, Communication, or other relevant function.

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic marketing, business development, sales, or similar fields.

  • Deep knowledge in Marketing Automation.

  • Leadership experience in a global and environment (e.g., people management, project leadership, or business coaching)

  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to navigate sophisticated issues with stakeholders.

  • An entrepreneurial approach and a passion for leadership.

  • Business proficiency in English, with knowledge of other languages being advantageous.

  • Flexibility to travel occasionally and adapt to project priorities, effectively managing your schedule and task prioritization.

  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
