Job Description

Insight Global's hospitality client is hiring for a Power Automate Developer to assist with their Rate Parody Program. This project will aid in identifying market trends, customer preferences, and sales opportunities, potentially leading to revenue growth by pulling customer ratings and actively reaching out to them if their rating is lower than the marketed score. Responsibilities will include creating workflows using Power Automate and streamlining tasks related to customer ratings. Thw overall goal of this project is to understand customer ratings and trends to grow sales opportunities. This role will be fully remote as a 3 month contract with potential extensions.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience of hands-on development experience utilizing Power Automate RPA

 PowerApps knowledge

 Experience with SharePoint

 Experience creating visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards null
