Overview The Manufacturing Planner supports planning and coordination of the supply chain process and materials associated with Autologous cell and Laboratory Research manufacturing. This role must also ensure all planning activities are compliant with all company standards, operating procedures, Quality System regulations and requirements.

Responsibilities * Supports supply chain planning operations associated with the manufacture of all GMP, Clinical, and Laboratory Research products * Maintains constant communication for coordinating the manufacturing plan to Bioprocessing; including weekly and short-term schedules, incoming procurements, MVR's, treatment assignments, Open Labels, and internal prepared materials * Coordinates cross-functional communication and troubleshooting to ensure zero downtime for manufacturing * Relays Bioprocessing obstacles and status updates to the Planning Department for up-to-date adjustments to the manufacturing plan * Initiates Quality System documentation for the printing of product and material associated batch records and biopsy receiving * Tracks manufacturing dates and documents into company and departmental tracking tools * Assists in maintaining Patient Work Orders for the tracking of patient products through the manufacturing life cycle * Supports with capacity planning for MVR's, Open Label, internal prepared materials, Clinical products, and treatment assignments * Leads or participates in daily operations meetings to ensure effective up to date communication and status for all GMP products and related issues * Serves as Therapy Champion for the OCELLOS program * Supports tracking of Laboratory Research Services products and materials; including coordinating scheduling and testing timelines * Orders and maintains raw materials required for finished goods inventories for Laboratory Research Services * Maintains Laboratory Research Services product and material inventories for sale within company ERP system * Assists with fulfillment of customer orders for Laboratory Research Servicesd * Tracks changes to the available product catalog and communicates updates to Marketing

Qualifications * Undergraduate degree in Life Science or Engineering or 6 years direct, relevant experience in manufacturing to provide a comparable background * Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software, and other general office equipment. * Exemplifies Cook MyoSite Core Values * Maintain regular and punctual attendance * Must maintain company quality and safety standards * This position requires an ongoing commitment to upgrading knowledge, job skills and abilities in addition to competency related to all duties and responsibilities listed above. * Ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision * Maintain composure and competence under stressful situations; demonstrate flexibility and adaptability * Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization to achieve company goals * Trainability * Must have effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills * Able to prioritize and operate proactively * Must demonstrate critical thinking and proven problem-solving skills * Strong interpersonal skills resulting in exceptional rapport with people. Full Time On Site * Office / No Travel or Travel: * Ability to conduct and hear o dinary conversation and telephone communication. * Must be able to work extended hours beyond normal work schedule to include, but not limited to, evenings, weekends, extended work hours and/or extra work hours, sometimes on short notice as required. * Ability to work under specific time constraints. * Must be able to sit at desk, in meetings and/or work on a computer for long or extended periods of time. * Visual and manual acuity for working with computers and equipment.
