About The Role:

We are looking for a part-time e-Commerce Content Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate would have a solid understanding of CPG e-commerce administrative processes and possess the right aptitude to deliver on the accurate demands of the role. This role requires a high level of organization skills, advanced Excel skills, is well written and can work independently.

Responsibilities of the e-Comm Content Administrator includes but are not limited to:

  • Cybrarian for Ecommerce Assets. Maintain internal system and data integrity.

  • Ecommerce PDP specialist

  • Maintain the Master Tracker of all SKU's with regards to updates/rollovers

  • Maintain and manage content integrity and accuracy for multiple retailer eCommerce content management systems

  • Amazon Vendor Central ATF/BTF aminstrator/back-up

  • Regularly perform system and content audits to maintain product/data integrity

  • Prepare customer-vendor set-up sheets and follows-ups with retail customer teams

  • Manages customer profiles (vendor manuals, customer-specific processes, procedures and requirements)

  • Effectively communicates with retailers regarding eCommerce data entry/maintenance inquiries

  • Initiates follow up with internal and external parties

  • Monitor product implementation, adjustments and removal to action accurate and timely system entries

  • Develop Canadian product content based on North American versions

  • Pull and review data from Retail Link

Performs other tasks related to his/her area of expertise, as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced Excel skills – Vlook-up, Pivot Tables, formulas etc.

  • Proven administrative/data entry skills – experience in Digital Data Management is desirable

  • Knowledge of CPG eCommerce

  • Strong communication skills and high professional level in English (verbal and written)

  • Very detail-oriented with a sense of urgency

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously with minimal supervision

  • Ability to work well individually and in a team setting

  • Excellent follow-up skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
