ManpowerGroup Production Line Lead in Riverside, California

Position: Mailroom Line Lead

Employment Type: Part-Time Hourly (4-6 hrs./day)

Compensation: Starting wage is $17 per hour.

Schedule:

  • Position 1: Tuesday - Saturday, 4:00 PM start time

  • Position 2: Sunday - Thursday, 4:00 PM start time

Job Summary: As a Mailroom Line Lead, you will oversee the smooth operation of mailroom line activities, including equipment setup, maintenance, and coordination of product flow. Your role will involve ensuring efficient newspaper bundling, palletizing, and maintaining a clean work environment. Additionally, you'll serve as a customer service ambassador, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.

Essential Functions:

  • Operate and maintain mailroom equipment, including stackers, tyers, powered pallet jacks, and forklifts.

  • Set up equipment according to press run specifications and conduct daily inspections.

  • Coordinate product flow on the line, building key bundles, and communicating with the Pressroom team.

  • Stack pallets, feed insert machines, restack returned materials, and maintain cleanliness.

  • Perform other duties as assigned, including cross-functional coverage.

Requirements:

  • Leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a small team environment.

  • Aptitude for learning and operating mailroom equipment.

  • Proficiency in basic math and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
