Job Description:

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing a team that develops and implements operation strategies including: acquisition, servicing, support, and back-office. Manages analytical initiatives that develop and evaluate strategies, policies, and procedures. Develops and coaches teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements strategies to meet business goals.

  • Enhances system capabilities to improve decision making and operation effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Monitors and maintains systems and decision integrity to minimize adverse impacts on customers.

  • Manages and develops a team including hiring, performance evaluation, and development decisions.

  • Plans, initiates, prioritizes, and oversees projects to meet business needs.

  • Manages legal, compliance, and audit processes for the team.

Qualifications you’ll need

The Basics:

  • Bachelor's in Economics, Business, Finance, Engineering

  • 8+ years Consumer Finance, Analytics, Operations Strategy/ Research or related

  • In lieu of degree - 10+ years Consumer Finance, Analytics, Operations Strategy/ Research or related

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Expert level understanding of Appraisal related regulations: Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines (IAG), Prohibition of Coercion etc.

  • Foundational understanding of the principles of real estate appraisal and knowledge of real estate markets.

  • Strong technical skills with appraisal related tools including computer technology, appraisal software, automated valuation tools and Multiple Listing Services.

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,000.00 to $174,200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
