Position Specifications:
Under general direction, perform functions to develop, implement and administer benefits, policies and programs to position the company for compliance within the laws and regulations in these areas of responsibility.Qualifications
- Previous experience in Human Resource preferred.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.
- Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality both within the department and the organization as a whole.
- Ability to interface well with all departments within the Company, including international locations and represent the Human Resource Department in a highly professional manner.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and eternal contacts to the organization, using verbal or written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
- Ability to exercise initiative and judgment
- Ability to manage time and set priorities in order to meet designated deadlines.
Education
- 4 years undergraduate degree + experience in a related field.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assists with benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefit information to employees.
- Administration of affirmative action program; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations.
- Perform implementation, modification, and administration of benefit programs utilizing knowledge of appropriate laws to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Develop and distribute written and verbal information to inform and educate employees of the company's benefit programs
- Use the appropriate technical tools to perform clerical functions, such as maintaining records, processing new hire and Status Changes in Oracle, and preparing reports.
- Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; writes and places advertisements.
- Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.
- Train, mentor and lead by example to build constructive relationships by taking the initiative to make things better.
- Provides counsel and guidance to employees on Human Resources and related legal issues.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Represent the company in the community and promote the company's goodwill interests in community activities.
