Job Description:

Candidate will work primarily with Software Engineering to articulate long range product plans for our flagship Libero SoC software and the ecosystem of products that goes around Libero (tools for microprocessor subsystems, RTL synthesis, high level synthesis etc). Will be responsible for SW product planning, GTM, competitive positioning, partnerships and business development activities. Will leverage matrixed organization (applications engineering, silicon engineering, silicon product marketing, systems architecture, FAEs, sales) to provide inputs for strategy and tactics.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Primary stakeholder and manager for software MRDs, marketing, GTM strategies and marketing content

  • Report out marketing statistics and ROI for software marketing activities at Quarterly Business Reviews

  • Represent the PRO business unit at Corporate Marcom events and reviews

  • Represent software marketing at software and silicon core team meetings. Drive cross functional teams to make sound product and roadmap decisions based on business needs

  • Outline needs for customer friendly documentation and collateral

  • Working with the India based PME, be the primary field facing interface for software – producing sales enablement presentations, FAE communications, and managing field input

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering

  • 10 years experience in silicon EDA software development, software marketing or senior application engineering role. 3-5 years of that in a managerial role. ASIC/FPGA EDA experience is strongly preferred
