Identity Governance Management Specialist (Sailpoint)

As a Identity Governance Management Specialist you will be member of the global IT Team Enterprise Processes on a corporate level, located in Sant Cugat del Vallés (Barcelona, Spain)

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Maintenance and support of the functional client/server application based on Sailpoint Identity Governance & Microsoft SQL Server

  • Development of new capabilities and interfaces

  • Improving and optimizing the global IT system landscape

  • Participation in global projects

  • Root cause analysis and fixing of problems.

  • Continuous improvement of our services

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or comparable professional experience

  • Excellent organizational and analytical, results oriented, good communication, teamwork and collaboration skills

  • Multiple years of in deep experience in Identity Governance , especially Sailpoint

  • Multiple years of in deep experience in Java, Scripting and development technologies

  • Experience in DevOps

  • Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, …)

  • Experience in leading projects / external partners

  • International Exposure in daily tasks

  • Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking

Nice to have:

  • Pharma industry knowledge is a plus

  • Knowledge on ITIL processes

  • Experience in Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems

  • Experience in Service Management Tools like ServiceNow

  • Experience working in a virtual, international and multicultural environment.
