Amazon Program Manager - Retail Vendor Experience, RO&I in Sao Paulo, Brazil

We are searching for a talented professional to create and lead Vendor Experience programs that will have impact on all Amazon vendors and in Amazon Retail teams increasing scalability.

The Program Manager Vendor Experience owns the addressing of main pain points on day-to-day vendor journey operating at Amazon, being central POC on the team with external teams to launch and drive adoption of new products to enhance VX. She/he will work closely with various stakeholders (Product Families and MVR teams) and peers (Instock, Payments, global central teams, etc) to benchmark, align and execute initiatives to create a frictionless experience to vendors - being first priority to address Payments journey opportunities. She/He will review performance on key performance metrics, facilitate programmatic input and ensure accountability for strategic and tactical initiatives.

An ideal candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity – adding structure to white space in order to operate effectively. They will also be able to Earn Trust across a variety of stakeholder groups, Deliver Results autonomously, and make decisions that are data driven.

• Lead Vendor Experience pain points addressing, by both bringing products/programs from other countries to Brazil and mapping and creating solutions BR specific with local stakeholders.

• Define and execute tactical and strategic plans towards achieving the program vision and goals through efficient program, operations and stakeholder management

• Develop team goals and metrics that allow for accurate measurement and traction towards solving a business problem, achieve buy-in from stakeholders and actively report progress on the goals

• Work with business teams to understand program requirements and jointly develop a solution which solves a larger business problem

• Serve as leader and point of contact for escalated resolution for complex problems

• Explore vendor experience opportunities to design relevant programs that helps to address vendor journey pain points (starting with Payments journey)

• Continuously perform data-based Analytics to identify issues and report key insights, subsequently building data backed business cases

• Develop and maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders locally and around the world

• Ensure vendor communication for any relevant change on the experience.

About the team

We identify, develop, and manage a set of scalable initiatives to grow Amazon Brazil Retail Key Inputs related to Vendor Experience.

Our goal is to accelerate the flywheel and delight our customers by promoting synergies throughout the retail business.

Work model: Team is working on hybrid mode.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Sao Paulo, SP, BRA

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  • Program or project management experience

  • Advanced English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Intermediate SQL (or willing to learn)
