Sellers are a critical part of Amazon’s ecosystem to deliver on our vision of offering the Earth’s largest selection and lowest prices.

We are looking for talented a Program Manager for Amazon to support with FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) Seller Fulfillment Experience. The Seller Fulfillment Experience PM will be the key link between the product and business teams in Brazil. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for (1) capturing Sellers’ feedback from multiple sources, understanding pain points and opportunities, calculating impact/potential and classifying/prioritizing them. (2) Surfacing Trustbusters and creating business cases with proposed solutions (product and programmatic), building collaborative relationships with various stakeholders (Product, Sales, Operations, Transportation, Legal, etc). (3) Lead the Go-to-Market plans for all Product Launches, coordinating across stakeholders, building working backwards and timelines plans, addressing blockers and creating adoption strategy. The PM will work closely with various stakeholders to drive strategic operational initiatives that will have positive impact on our Sellers. He/She will review performance on key performance metrics, facilitate programmatic input and ensure accountability for strategic and tactical initiatives.

Key job responsibilities

The key responsibilities for these roles include:

  • Identify gaps, pain points and opportunities in the existing processes, coordinating across multiple inputs sources

  • Dive Deep on issues to differentiate isolated issues from structural ones

  • Being creative to create solutions that address pain points/opportunities and improve Seller Experience

  • Balance competing priorities, making the best use of our resources.

  • Calculate impact/potential of ideas/pain points, making it tangible.

  • Influence and support Product team (both Latam and global teams) on Roadmap prioritization

  • Suggest/create programmatic solutions and initiatives while creating business cases for Product team.

  • Balawing short and long term solutions

  • Leading GTM plans for multiple product feature, coordinating across stakeholders from different orgs and levels and leading by influence

  • Organize the GTM working backwards plans, mapping all tasks and questions that need to be answered. Map risks and risk mitigation, adoption plan and guarantee launches’ success

  • Gain support for your strategy and roadmap from stakeholders by writing narratives and influencing peers and senior leadership.

  • Creating goals and related metrics, track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives.

  • Communicating performance, articulating root-cause analysis and linking to specific improvement areas.

  • Incorporate benchmarking information from local competitors as well as best practices and lessons learned from other geographies to define best-in-class customer experience.

  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make trade-offs and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
