The role of Sales Development is to pre-qualify business to business sales leads for the Sales Team to pursue. This is an entry level role and a great first step for those looking to break into Sales and Marketing.

Computer proficiency in business software, Microsoft Office, and social media

Excellent interpersonal, communication and people skills

Detail oriented, organized and a good listener

Results driven with a high degree of accountability

You have business to business sales and customer service experience (preferred but not mandatory)

You are professional, dependable, and independent

You are self-motivated, enjoy challenges, and getting things done

You have an exceptional level of follow-through

 

In the Client Development Specialist Role, You Can Expect To:

Seek new business opportunities through outreach to potential clients from lead lists, trade show leads and our company client database using state-of-the-art tools

Represent our brand and company as the first point of contact with C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers

Articulate the KWW value proposition to potential clients

Gather and document key information for transfer to the sales team

 

Compensation:

$16 -- $18 Hourly
