Position Overview Stanley has been approved for an enterprise-wide Customer Relationship Platform (CRM) and Customer Data platform (CDP) for implementation in the Fall of 2024. We are looking for a talented intern to help develop and manage the business project plan and related documentation to ensure the successful global implementation of this very critical tool. You will gain experience managing complex workstreams and partnering with Customer Success, Direct to Customer, Marketing and IT channels to ensure we build the best-in-class experience for our consumers. We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, time management skills and the ability to coordinate actions to ensure we meet project timelines and critical milestones. The internship is a 12-week commitment running from either June 3rd - August 23rd, or June 17th to September 6th. This is a hybrid role with expectations of coming into the office about 2 - 3 times a week. What You'll Do Assist with managing the CDP/CRM Business Project Plan Assist in documentation and development of knowledge Management tools Coordinate meetings and set cadence Ensure cross functional communication Coordinate project requirements and deliverables across multiple global locations. Ensure we hit critical milestones & project deliverables Who You Are A successful candidate will bring a curious mind and a genuine understanding of the importance of the consumer experience. You bring a proven history of leading or being part of highly successful teams. You are a critical thinker and active listener; able to articulate ideas and opinions across multiple business channels and global markets. Able to break down large complex problems into executable actions. Experience with IT projects a bonus. Able to digest large amounts of data and information into clear concise documents and actions. Education and Experience The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of project management experience; an interest in pursuing a career in Project/Program management or Consumer Engagement. Great organizational and time management skills.
