What you’ll do:

The HR Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing all aspects of payroll and collaborating with human resources and accounting departments and ensuring efficient payroll processing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Calculating and controlling of the employee salaries, overtimes, premiums and making payments

• Managing of the payroll outsourcing process

• Preparing salary data for annual HR budget

• Ensuring protection of all salary data while keeping data confidentiality

• Preparing and presenting the documents for related governmental authorities

• Providing the necessary data about payroll, pension obligations and insurance programs to the finance team

• Execution of wage related Union Topics

• Conducting of salary related exit process, calculating the salaries and legal rights and having all legal documents signed of the exit employees

• Preparation and checking of Monthly Social Security Institution Condensed statements, making/controlling payroll calculations

• Preperation of Month-end and Year-End Payroll Reports

• To ensure that all legislation is adapted to the company in accordance with the Labor Law, Social Security Institution, İŞKUR (Turkish Employment Agency) legislation and regulations.

• Making necessary reports using the PDKS (Employee Attendance Control System) program,

• To follow the processes related to annual leave, excuse leaves, unpaid leave and health reports

• Making and following the incentive applications in accordance with the legislation.

• Follow-up of foreign employment legislation

• Follow-up and approval of SSI-health reports

• Daily timekeeping tracking

• Control of Private Employment Service Agency payroll

• Preparation and accrual of monthly SSI statements and lists.

• Calculating R&D Payrolls and making use of incentives

• Deducting the automatic BES (private pension scheme) transactions from the relevant persons and uploading the registration and payment file to the pension company in accordance with the legislation.

• Calculating the monthly standard and overtime working hours and reporting them to the related units.

Qualifications:

  • Having a bachelor's degree

  • 5-7 years' experience

  • Ideally, being experienced in a Manufacturing environment & unionized company

Skills:

  • Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field (SSI, Labor Law etc.)

  • Proficiency in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software (Uyumsoft, PDKS) Strong integrity and experience in handling confidential and sensitive information, Great attention to detail
