The position

By joining our team in Marketing, Midstream & Processing you will have the opportunity to:

  • Be a part of fast-paced and dynamic commercial environment working closely with our teams in Operations, Contracts and Trading.

  • Contribute to the improvement of processes and development of best practices to support our marketing and trading strategy.

  • Conduct a range of tasks and responsibilities, including:

  • Daily physical cargo trading settlements and invoicing, performing incoming and outgoing invoicing.

  • Month-end and Year-end closure and reconciliation, document archiving and updating systems.

  • Demurrage, Inspection and other cost settlement tasks.

  • Regulatory reporting with a high focus on financial (SOX) and regulatory compliance.

  • Provide back-up across the dealhandling settlement team.

  • Participate and contribute to systems and process improvement projects.

You

  • Proven professional experience with trade settlement execution, ideally from Oil, Finance or Commodity Trading.

  • LNG settlement execution experience would be an added advantage.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting.

  • Strong Excel base and solid proficiency in O365 tools, SAP and preferably knowledge of Power BI and Automation.

  • Experience with accounting, finance and SOX compliance.

  • A flexible and proactive team player, with strong collaboration skills and with ambition for professional growth.

  • An analytical mindset, structured and with an ability to focus on details.

  • Willingness to cover additional tasks when required.

  • Passion for improving the business and how we work.
