Sr. Test Engineer

职位描述

岗位概述：

把握半导体测试技术动向，制定中长期计划，给予担当者技术指导，在担当者的协助下推进业务，业务推进发生问题时，督促与其他部门的协调，尽快采取对策，并对状况作出报告。

主要工作职责/活动：

1. 新产品导入（工艺，条件确认，D-Flow审查承认，依赖书发行，Integrator登陆等）

2. 试做，初期流动及返品展开（指示书发行，数据总结等）

3. 测试不良解析，ALC处理（数据总结分析，组立工程与前工程Feedback等））

4. 不良率降低，良率提升（原因调查，数据总结等）Fcost改善等。针对前工程不良和日本设计，量技担当者共同推进良率改善。

5. 推进效率向上，CT 低减，sporgire数据统计系统的开发等。

6. 编制测试技术相关的技术规程。

职位要求

任职资格：

1. 大专以上毕业，理工科相关专业，日本留学优先。

2. 熟练使用Office软件。

3. 具备封装相关知识和半导体后段制造行业技术经验。

4. 具有封装产线产品品质改善， 良品率改善项目经验优先。

5. 了解日韩企业文化优先。

6. 日语N2或同等水平，英语CET4以上者优先。

7. 良好的跨部门沟通能力。
